POLICY ADVOCACY GROUP IN INNOVATIVE ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Dynamo is a non-profit civil association that brings together leading private sector leaders in the startups ecosystem in Brazil, in order to dialogue with governments, proposing improvements in the regular environment and in public polices aimed at encouraging technological entrepreneurship in Brazil. Felipe Matos is one of the founders and advisors of Dinamo, where he serves as Executive Director. Dynamo has been encouraging the adoption of measures to reduce bureaucracy, promote investments and encourage new technology companies, as well as the dissemination of a more entrepreneurial business culture.

Startup Farm is the most active independent private accelerator in Latin America. Idealized and founded by Felipe Matos, it has more than 250 accelerated startups, jointly evaluated over U$1 billion. The accelerator has unveiled high-potential startups in the region and created an engaged community of “famers,” their accelerated entrepreneurs. Startup Farm provides rapid access to its network of contacts with large companies, technology partners and investors, as well as mentoring, technical content, pre-seed investment and workspace in exchange for a minority shareholding.
